Lori is a personal, conversational SMS service in which an AI-personified houseplant texts its owner about the plant's condition and replies to the owner's messages. This policy explains what data the service collects and how it is used.
We collect only your mobile phone number and the content of the text messages you send to the service. We do not collect your name, location, contacts, or any other personal information.
Your phone number is used only to send you replies and occasional plant-status updates. The content of your messages is processed by our AI service provider (Anthropic) solely to generate those replies; your phone number is never sent to the AI provider.
Your mobile information (your phone number) and message content will never be shared with, or sold to, any third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes — at any time. We do not use your information for marketing.
You can stop all messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
Message history is retained only as long as needed to operate the service and is deleted on request.
